Atlanta Hawk star Dominique Wilkins has been accused of sexual battery by a woman who said he fathered her child.

Elizabeth Webster filed a complaint saying Wilkins harassed and improperly touched her when he visited their daughter last week at Webster’s home, according to a clerk at the DeKalb County (Ga.) Magistrate Court. Magistrate Judge Anthony Claxton set a hearing on the misdemeanor complaint for Sept. 4.

In 1991, Webster filed a paternity suit against Wilkins. He initially denied knowing the woman, but later agreed to pay child support and said the girl, Chloe, could use his last name.
