San Fernando Road Redevelopment Panel

The Project Area Committee for the San Fernando Road Corridor Redevelopment Area lacks the needed renter and homeowner membership. The Glendale Redevelopment Agency’s motto must be “Deliver Us From Renters and Homeowners.” Its actions speak louder than its words.

As a renter, I asked the Glendale Redevelopment Agency for Project Area Committee membership. The reply was no, but you can still participate.

The Glendale Redevelopment Agency must break free of its rigid mind-set. Remember, the Project Area Committee’s business and nonprofit people are gone when their jobs go. The way the economy is going, who might be left in their exclusive club?
