SANTA ROSA — A nine-foot sculpture of a naked Christ will remain undraped and suspended over the City Council dais despite concerns that some visitors will be offended.
The 300-pound sculpture is made of computer disks, hanging on a cross of electronic circuit boards with a halo of typewriter keys.
The Sonoma County Cultural Arts Center had considered moving the statue, titled “Crucifixion,” to a less conspicuous location.
