NBC Sells Visnews Stake: NBC has sold back to Reuters the 37.8% stake it held in London-based Visnews that it acquired three years ago. Visnews, a video news gathering agency, supplies videotape footage to news outlets around the world. In exchange, NBC got back international distribution rights to programming it assigned to Reuters as part of the previous deal.
