RIVER SAFETY: The River Rescue Task Force, established after the drowning of Adam Bischoff in the Los Angeles River during a winter storm, on Monday will announce its recommendations to improve rescue techniques in the city’s flood-control system.
FOLLOW-HOME ROBBER: Derrick Mosley, who police said belonged to a ring of “follow home” robbers in the San Fernando Valley, is scheduled to be sentenced Monday to four years in prison. Mosley, 20, of Pacoima, pleaded guilty to robbing a Woodland Hills woman in her driveway in May.
