The Dodgers sent pitcher Zak Sinall to triple-A Albuquerque and asked waivers on pitcher Jim Neidlinger to give him his unconditional release. The moves cleared spots for second baseman Juan Samuel and relief pitcher Jay Howell, who have until Thursday to accept an offer of salary arbitration.
