Paramount and ABC Form Pay-Per-View Venture: The two said they had formed a joint venture to produce and distribute pay-per-view programs to cable TV. The venture, which signals the growing potential of that market, begins Feb. 14 with a Rod Stewart concert. The event will be produced in association with concert promoter Radiovision International.
