Victor C. Rabinowitz has been named vice president and general counsel for claims of Zenith National Insurance Co., Woodland Hills. Prior to the appointment, Rabinowitz was a litigation partner at Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger. He will continue his association with the law firm in a counsel capacity.
