IRVINE — Despite a match-high 20 kills by Becky Howlett, Cal State Fullerton lost its ninth consecutive women’s volleyball match, falling to UC Irvine, 15-2, 15-7, 15-8, in a Big West Conference match at Crawford Hall Friday.
