Christo’s Umbrellas

While cruising on the Volga River in Russia we noticed huge umbrellas along the river on the beaches. How nice this is for the convenience for the public. These are all built stationary. Wouldn’t the yellow umbrellas be great installed along Southern California coastal beaches as Christo’s little children? This would be nice in Malibu near the Getty Museum.
