Calabasas 12, St. Genevieve 0--Senior quarterback Iman Mohtashemi scored on a pair of five-yard runs to lead Calabasas at Birmingham High.
Mohtashemi completed three of eight for 94 yards, including a 55-yard pass to Brad Miller (three receptions for 94 yards) that set up Calabasas’ first touchdown with 46 seconds left in the first quarter.
Mohtashemi’s second score was set up by David Christengen’s 43-yard run to the St. Genevieve 24 yard-line. Five plays later, Mohtashemi scored from five yards to give Calabasas a 12-0 lead with 1:44 left in the third quarter.
