BALTIMORE — A 10-year-old boy has been accused of taking another child’s yo-yo at gunpoint, three months after he held up a 9-year-old for his cap, authorities said.
The boy, who was not identified because of his age, was declared a delinquent in the earlier holdup, a spokeswoman for the state Juvenile Services Department said. He had been returned to his mother and was on supervised probation, she said.
