Hilton Ready to Invest in N.J.: The chairman of Hilton Hotels Corp. said the company was ready to buy a casino in Atlantic City but would not say whether he was seeking the troubled Trump Castle from Donald J. Trump. Barron Hilton and other executives of Beverly Hills-based Hilton appeared before the New Jersey Casino Control Commission to try to persuade regulators that it has the financial and moral integrity to own a casino in the resort. The commission is expected to issue its decision Wednesday.
