Kathy Quintana has been named chief operations officer for Sedgwick James of California Inc./Irvine. Quintana, a senior vice president, has been with the insurance brokerage for more than 16 years. She previously held the positions of vice president of finance and administration, accounting manager and accounting supervisor.
