Dale Earnhardt held off Dick Trickle and Harry Gant over the last 30 laps to win the Champion Spark Plug 300 Busch Grand National race at Concord.
Earnhardt, a four-time Winston Cup champion, led the final 149 laps to collect his 16th Grand National victory.
