A Phantom’s Farewell
Give us a break. Most of us who see “Phantom” time and time again go because of the music and the magic of the production.
Michael Crawford is old business. I’ll bet Davis Gaines knocks ‘em dead, and maybe some of the ladies can start appreciating the work for what it is--and not just one singer, as good as he was.
My next visit to “Phantom” will be this month--and I’ll go again in October and then again in December--and I’ll enjoy all the performances whether Crawford’s on stage or not.
