The first phase of the Irvine Co.’s 2-million-square-foot Jamboree Center consists of twin 12-story towers. Last year, the first phase received the Office Building of the Year award among buildings of less than 500,000 square feet from the county chapter of the Building Owners & Managers Assn. Also included in the 46-acre Jamboree Center are three 20-story office buildings and the 536-room Hyatt Regency Irvine.
