Navistar International Corp.: The Chicago-based truck and diesel engine builder reported a second-quarter net loss of $29 million, contrasted with net income of $8 million a year ago. Revenue dipped 8% to $940 million. The firm said sales and income continue to be adversely affected by lower demand for medium and heavy trucks and mid-range diesel engines.
