A Pacific Beach woman was in critical condition after she was stabbed at her home Sunday following a domestic argument, authorities said.
Diane Acton, 39, of the 3500 block of Jewell Street, was taken to Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla.
No suspect had been arrested in the 2:30 p.m. stabbing, police said, and details were sketchy late Sunday.
