Pesticide Fire Routs 4,000 in Georgia for One Night

ASHBURN, Ga. — About 4,000 residents who were evacuated when a pesticide plant caught fire were allowed to return home Friday. The fire was reported early Thursday at the Wilbur-Ellis plant in this south Georgia farming community of 4,800 people.
