James Tauber has been named to the newly created position of chief operating officer of Propaganda Films, Hollywood. He assumes the role formerly shared by co-owners and co-chairmen Joni Sighvatsson and Steve Golin. Previously, Tauber was executive vice president of legal, business affairs and acquisitions at RCA/Columbia Pictures Home Video.
