Blue Gum St., Anaheim Penalty: $10,000 Violation: Exceeding volatile organic compounds when operating a printing press on several days between April, 1987, and September, 1987 (printing facility) Company: Hess Co. Industries Inc., 160 E. Foundation Ave., La Habra Penalty: $10,000 Violation: Causing public nuisance odors from a biofilter soil dispersion system (six violations), and operating a paint spray booth in violation of permit conditions between October, 1989, and May, 1990 (manufacturer of shower stalls and tub enclosures) Company: Zwick Energy Research Organization, 5482 Argosy Drive, Huntington Beach Penalty: $5,700 Violation: Exceeding coating and solvent usage limits over a period of several months, cited in February, 1990 (air- conditioning manufacturer) Company: Marko Foam Products Inc., 1411 S.
