Iran, Iraq to Trade POWs

NICOSIA, Cyprus — Baghdad is sending home 76 Iranians captured in its 1980-88 war with Iran and Tehran will repatriate 76 Iraqi prisoners captured in the war, Mohammad Ali Nazaran, an Iranian official in charge of POW affairs, said Wednesday.
