GOOD FORTUNE: When the wheel stopped spinning, Richard Engel wound up with Vanna White and her husband as his guests tonight at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Engel, president of a Costa Mesa maintenance, construction and engineering firm, met White and her spouse, George Santo Pietro, at Aspen. . . . Engel donated $50,000 to help underwrite Opera Pacific’s production of “Un Ballo in Maschera.”
