Notre Dame football All-American Raghib Ismail ran an NCAA indoor season-best 6.07 seconds in winning the 55-meter dash in the Central Collegiate Conference championships at West Lafayette, Ind.
The NCAA indoor record is 6.00 by Lee McRae of Pittsburgh in 1986.
