COME ON OVER! Forget terrorists. Put Scuds on the back burner. In Anaheim Monday night, they talked vacations in Israel, not war. Israel’s tourist office sponsored a seminar for travel agents that had been planned before the Persian Gulf War and wound up attracting more agents than expected. . . . One official says in the Middle East “there’s never been a dull moment for the last 4,000 years.” Tourism was up after the 1967 and 1973 wars.
