Man Is Shot to Death While Visiting Family

A Los Angeles man who police say may have become caught up in an ongoing argument while visiting relatives was shot to death Friday in Inglewood.
Eugene Lambert Jr., 63, was pronounced dead at Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital in Inglewood after the 5:18 p.m. shooting in the 3300 block of West 85th Street, Sgt. Ed Eccles said.
No arrests have been made, and the shooting remains under investigation, Eccles said. Police declined to release further information.
