Skip Newberg has been named vice president of affiliate services for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc., the real estate franchise subsidiary of Prudential Insurance Co. He joined the Costa Mesa company in 1987 as director of commercial investment and was named assistant vice president earlier this year.
