FULLERTON : Art Volunteers Needed for Festival
- Share via
Applications are being accepted for volunteers from the city’s art community to plan the 27th annual “A Night in Fullerton” festival.
Applicants must live or work in Fullerton and must be involved in the visual or performing arts either as a working artist, the owner of an art gallery or school, or as a member of an arts support group.
The non-commercial event, scheduled to take place April 26, is expected to attract 25,000 people. Festivities include free music, visual arts, drama and dance. While some of the program’s funding is provided by the city, “A Night in Fullerton” is planned and presented by a committee that consists of volunteers.
Applications may be picked up at City Hall, 303 Commonwealth Ave., Fullerton, or by calling (714) 738-6311. The deadline for returning applications is Jan. 25. For more information, call the Fullerton Museum Center, (714) 738-6545.
