Concept Development will hold a grand opening this weekend for Park Burnet, a 57-unit gated complex at 8760 Burnet Ave. in Sepulveda.
The townhouses have 2-4 bedrooms, bonus rooms, 2 1/2 baths and occupy 1,264 to 1,906 square feet. Prices range from $139,950 to $172,950, with a homeowners association fee of $124 to $141. Shared amenities include pool, spa and monitored alarm systems.
Two decorated models are open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. To reach the project, exit the San Diego (405) Freeway at Nordoff Street and proceed east to Burnet Avenue.
