Arcadia : Developer to Buy City Land

The Redevelopment Agency voted 5 to 0 Tuesday to sell some city property to K.B. Construction Co. for $165,000.
The company will build a two-story office building on the 10,044-square-foot site at 124 N. 1st Ave. The site includes a portion of Indiana Street and a landscaped area.
City officials estimate that they will get from $4,100 to $4,900 a year from taxes and business license fees. The project is expected to be completed on Dec. 1, 1991.
