The drug-war plans of Wilson and Feinstein show the same old failed approach. They would both spend money to provide more drug treatment for their children and more prisons for minority children.
When any budget is divided the way they did, the upper classes will get treatment, while the lower classes will get jail. They need to recognize that jail is not a solution for drug abuse.
