Bloomingdale’s Threatened With Eviction: The troubled Federated Department Stores Inc. has a new problem--the landlord of its flagship Bloomingdale’s store is pressing for eviction. B. Bros. Realty L.P., owner of the site that houses Bloomingdale’s in Manhattan, filed a motion April 17 seeking relief under bankruptcy laws in order to terminate Bloomingdale’s lease, according to an annual report filed May 4 by Federated with the SEC.
