Perrier Reintroduced in Los Angeles: The Perrier was flowing freely again in Los Angeles area restaurants nearly three months after traces of the chemical benzene were discovered and forced a worldwide recall of the French bottled water. More than 165 million bottles of Perrier were recalled. On Tuesday, Perrier Group of America officials handed out free samples of the water at temporary Perrier Cafes. Perrier was reintroduced on the East Coast a few weeks ago.
