HONORED AGAIN: Dr. Sammy Lee of Huntington Beach, an Olympic platform diving champion in 1948 and 1952 and diving mentor to Greg Louganis, has received a bundle of awards. . . . But, said his wife, Rosalind, one of the best recognitions came Monday at the White House when Lee, 69, and other outstanding Asian and Pacific Americans were honored by President Bush for their accomplishments.
