SIDELINES : Court OKs Ailing Ballard’s Trip

TORONTO — A Miami court has cleared the way for ailing sports magnate Harold Ballard’s return home this week.
Almost three months after going to the Cayman Islands on a vacation that turned into a convalescence in a Miami hospital, Ballard is to be flown home Thursday, accompanied by two physicians, his lawyer Rosanne Rocchi said Tuesday.
