Roman Catholic bishops’ top spokesman on abortion endorsed a boycott of environmental groups that support changes in U.S. population-assistance and birth-control policies. Richard Doerflinger issued a statement in support of a boycott of the National Wildlife Federation, the National Audubon Society and the Sierra Club.
