Havel Visits Scheduled

PRAGUE, Czechoslovakia — Czechoslovak President Vaclav Havel will visit France and Britain next month, a presidential aide said Wednesday.
Press Secretary Michael Zantovsky told a news conference that Havel will visit the two countries beginning March 19.
