Darryl and Lisa Strawberry must meet with a hearing officer before the city of Los Angeles decides whether to file misdemeanor charges against the New York Met outfielder for allegedly threatening his wife with a gun last weekend.
A decision on the charges will be based on the hearing officer’s report to the deputy city attorney, said Mike Qualls of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office.
