Sandra Harris, mother of West Virginia quarterback Major Harris, says she is puzzled by a report Thursday by CBS broadcaster Brent Musburger that her son has decided to forgo his final year of eligibility and turn pro.
“Major hasn’t made any decision yet as far as I know,” she said. “I don’t think he’s hired an agent or done any of the things they say he’s done.”
Harris does not have a telephone and could not be immediately located for comment.
