Burlington Boosts U.S. Prices 5% to 10%: Burlington Air Express said it is raising domestic prices from 5% to 10% to cover increased costs of government-mandated aircraft modifications and jet fuel. The price hike will become effective March 1, 1990. Burlington, based in Irvine, is an international cargo express company.
