Loyola Marymount senior Jeff Fryer broke the fourth finger of his right hand in Saturday’s basketball game against Nevada Reno and is expected to miss two to three weeks. Fryer, one of the nation’s top shooting guards, averaged 22.9 points as a junior and is scoring 24.5 after two games this season.
