Control Data to Sell Ticketron: Control Data said it has agreed to sell its Ticketron sports & entertainment division to Carlyle Group, a Washington-based merchant banking firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Ticketron sold more than 19 million tickets, generating about $450 million in receipts, last year. Ticketron recorded $41.4 million in revenue. The companies said they expect to complete the transaction within 30 days.
