International Food & Beverage Inc.--one of the nation’s leading makers of frozen pizzas--is moving its factory and corporate headquarters to Rancho Santa Margarita.
The pizza-maker signed a lease for a 47,400-square-foot building owned by Santa Margarita Co., developer of the planned community in South County. It’s a $3-million, 10-year lease with an option to buy after five years.
About 90 companies have put operations in the new town, part of a trend of companies following new housing growth to the southern half of the county.
International markets pizzas under the brand names Mama Mia and Imperial.
