American Red Cross costs for the disaster are estimated at more than $42 million. The Ventura County chapter has pledged to raise $62,000.
Checks may be made payable to American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. Donations should be sent to American Red Cross, P. O. Box AR, Ventura 93002. For information, call (805) 643-9928 or (805) 656-5560.
