Jockey Julie Krone was suspended for 15 days and fined $500 for shoving another jockey she thought was crowding her horse during a race at the Meadowlands.

Krone, the leading rider at the Meadowlands, allegedly reached over and hit jockey Joe Bravo with her whip during Saturday’s seventh race. Bravo allegedly retaliated by hitting Krone’s horse with his whip. Bravo was suspended for five days and fined $200 dollars.
