MEXICO CITY — Jeannie Longo of France broke her own world record for 3 kilometers today with a time of 3 minutes, 41.64 seconds at the Mexican Olympic Sports Center velodrome.
Her former record of 3:42.228 was set in Colorado Springs, Colo.
