Beverly Hills : Developer Fee Proposed

Developers in Beverly Hills may be charged a traffic mitigation fee, similar to one imposed by the city of Los Angeles, based on the number of vehicle trips their buildings are expected to generate.
The City Council instructed its staff to prepare an ordinance and a proposed fee schedule for the Planning Commission, which will hold hearings on the matter. No date has been set for the hearings.
