REAL ESTATE : Irvine Partnership Purchases 7.5-Acre Arbor Village Center for $13.6 Million

An Irvine partnership bought Arbor Village Center, a complex of offices, stores and restaurants in Irvine, for $13.6 million.
Selling to Globe Partnership was Rancon Realty Fund of Temecula. The 7.5-acre complex is a block west of the Santa Ana Freeway at Walnut Avenue.
The 9-year-old complex is almost fully leased. It has eight buildings with 77,000 square feet of space on 7.5 acres.
