Applications Available: The city is reviewing applications from residents to fill four vacancies on its Transportation and Circulation Commission. The seven-member panel advises the City Council on public transportation and traffic-flow problems. Meetings are once a month at City Hall. Applications are available from the City Council office, 303 W. Commonwealth Ave., and must be returned by Sept. 22. For information, call (714) 738-6311.
